I have recently closed on a refinance of my home in Michigan. My point person was Rita Lim. My follow-up and detail person was Cindy Lam. I could not be more happy with the customer service I received from these two individuals. The primary purpose of my refinance was for a new roof and an electrical service upgrade to my home.....items that were needed. With the help and support of both Rita and Cindy I am now able to make this happen. As a veteran in the game of life I cannot think of a time when I have received better customer service. Thank you Rita and Cindy!!
