I have been with Nationstar about 3 years and decided to shop for a refi. I priced out the competition (CashCall and others) and figured out what an excellent refinance rate would be. I also priced out the cost of doing the loan, such as appraisals, closing costs, etc.

His processor, Rosemary Nguyen worked along side of Roger to insure that my loan was processed quickly, and it was done fast. Both Roger and Rosemary were extremely professional, courteous and respectful. They kept every promise offered and the loan came in on time with no surprises. None.
