Kudos to both Arvin Taali & Xuan Nguyen for their outstanding service. This entire process was totally new and foreign to me as I have never pursued a refi before. I have been meaning for years to try to do one, but was always skeptical about how the process would work. I reached out to my current mortgage holder (Nationstar) to see if they would be interested in retaining my loan. I really did not expect them to want to do so since they already had it. However, I was immediately connected to a Arvin Taali and he just led me through the entire process and then gave me a chance to think about it, with no pressure at all. He answered my questions. I even explored other refi opportunities. Found out real quick how painless it would be to stay where I am at and was surprised to how they wanted my business and treated me like a new customer.
Once the process started, I ended up talking with Xuan Nguyen. Again, such a pleasure to do business with someone so good. She just built up on the groundwork from Arvin and helped me the rest of the way with the necessary paperwork needed by me. I have never seen something so complicated go so easy.....never! We began in the middle of November 2016. My appraisal was scheduled, completed and a copy presented to me before the end of the same month and closed before the end of the 1st week of December. Unbelievable and effortless. Could have not asked for a more painless process and I was able to secure the loan I wanted at half the rate. Nationstar wanted me as their customer and worked to earn it. None of this could have taken place without the outstanding work and expertise of both Arvin & Xuan. Thanks Arvin & Xuan, again for all your assistance in this matter. To anyone wanting to pursue this type of loan request to ask for both of these professional Mortgage Specialists to assist you.
