I recently re-financed my mortgage from a 30 variable rate to a 15 year fixed as I saw rates start to rise. Nationstar/Greenlight was my existing mortgage company. Daryl Price was the first mortgage agent I contacted through Nationstar and he guided me through the process from start to finish. Daryl was always polite, knowledgeable and easy to contact. He led me through the process and even gave me information on how to submit a lower offer from another company, which Nationstar met. In the process, I also dealt with Denise Kastanas, Closing Coordinator. She was also always polite, had a great depth of knowledge of process and contacted me on several occasions when it was well past usual working hours. At one point, another bank was slow on getting some documents to us and she was tenacious about getting after them for the missing paperwork.
Overall, these two people made the arduous process of a re-finance much easier to work through and I am pleased that I picked Nationstar/Greenlight as my mortgage company. Would highly recommend!
