Regina Bautista, @ Nationstar, greenlight loans division, was a total professional. She was helpful, précised, and kind. She was there from beginning until the end, even when I was transferred to another coordinator. She treated me as a human being, and not just a loan number. I would give her all 10s, if this was a survey, from 1-10, and 10 being the highest. I can tell from the friendliness in her voice, each time she called or returned my calls, that she really love and enjoy her job, especially the human aspect of it.
