We have just completed a refinancing for a home mortgage using the services of Guild Mortgage. There were several companies that contacted me after I had responded to an email offering various mortgages. Several assured me that they could handle my requirements, but later were unable to do so. Some of these were very cordial and seemed anxious to find a mortgage for me and then found out that they could not. Some were rather rude in not telling me that, just dropping me. However Guild Mortgage was able to locate a lender, probably, for them, the easiest part. From there on it was a long, long haul dealing with said lender. The days crawled by like years, but thanks to the perseverance of Mr Kevin Laursen we finally convinced the lender that this was for real!They eventually threw in the towel and quickly consummated the deal. I am grateful for Kevin and others at Guild who worked with me. It was not easy, I have never dealt with a lender who requested (demanded?) so many documents! But, as William Shakespeare said "All's Well That Ends Well". And I am grateful that we have arrived at the end! All is well, thanks to Guild
