On September 9, 2010 I talked with Sean Moore from H & R Financial Services
I signed up for there service to do a loan modification for me They had ALL the paperwork they needed by 10/1/10 I talked to them and emailed and faxed every letter and form I received from my two mortgage Company's involved and I was only 2 weeks behind in my mortgage at the time They said that they were working on it and going along. In the middle of October into November 3 different people sent me emails stating they need my applications and forms sent in signed. THEY HAD ALL THAT IN SEPTEMBER.
However, I receive foreclosure noticed from both banks and one was going to foreclose on 12/16/10 if payment was not received I sent them the letter from the bank From December 1st up till December 10th I tried to contact them via phone, email, fax and NO ONE ever called me back. I called the BANKS MYSELF and BOTH banks told me that they HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM IN REGARDS TO MY LOAN MODIFICATION.
So on December 10th I send my first loan forms myself, emailed H & R again called and called and kept getting busy signal I called Sean Moore cell phone which he gave in September message's left every day from 12/6 to 12/10
His voice mail stated that our office lines were out of serve and he would call back at his earliest convenience NEVER CALLED ME BACK
I got an email from Lee Lewis on 12/11/10 that their phones were down longer than expected and internet was now working. and that they were moving.
THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE MOVING OR WOULD BE DOWN
When you are about to lose your house you are nervous and in a panic so I retained a someone else to help me I informed them that I wanted a FULL REFUND due to NOTHING being done for over 90 days and that any paperwork they had was out of date now and I have to start all over
At this point, I have still not received my refund of $2000.00 for services NOT received. I am contacted your Company and the Attorney General of CA because Lee Lewis informed me that he was in California When I went to the website it said they were in New Mexico.
If you can help me get my refund it would be greatly appreciated
