Sold me an inferior product, in writing promised store credit, I returned item in original condition after several of him having the item behind a counter where I couldn't see said 1 of 3 tags was missing, wouldn't return the item, never gave me store credit or refund. Lied to my CC company saying he has a no refund exchange policy even though he promised one in writing. My CC refund my total purchase to me but allowed him to keep the money for my transaction so he has the item and $350. His response to me was how do I stay in business if I rip people off? Well, not all his products are inferior but the ones that are he doesn't stand by and most people won't post reviews, contact BBB and fight there CC for months like I did. Also the whole time you're in the store he follows you like you're going to steal something and jabbers away on the phone the entire time you're there sometimes doesn't even stop when you're paying. Be sure before you leave your product is what it is supposed to be because once he has your money he will lie, cheat, steal whatever it takes to keep your money. Keeping the money and the item, bad person.
