I was going in and out of jobs, and i needed a pay plan that was more comfortable for my income. I was fresh out of college, and stuck in a standard repayment plan that Navient wasn't going to help me out with. Jimmy helped me get into a different payment. Now I only pay $78.00, and thanks to my new job at the Post Office i qualify to get most of my loans forgiven after 10 years! Thank you so much for helping me get out of this difficult time. Jimmy is the best!
