I don't often make reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience thus far with my loan advisor Kimberly S. I'm not at all surprised that their was a previous person who was lucky to have her be the voice on the other end of the phone. Although I knew I needed to look at my options I kept pushing it off. Who wants to spend their free time talking about loans? From the very moment I received emails/text/calls I avoided all together. She continued to reach out to me, but not in a way that I felt pressured to become an official customer of HLP. Finally I was able to connect with Kimberly, and I speak to her basically on a regular basis (I'm a bit of a worry wart and need regular reassurance lol). She was able to get me a great payment as well as a shorter time I would have until I'm done! No matter the question she is always patient responding to all my calls/emails immediately. She goes above and Beyond, and I'm over the moon that I chose this company! Often representatives of companies promise you 5 star service with no delivery often becoming virtually unavailable after you've become contractually obligated. I'm happy to say in this case I'm been proven wrong with my preconceived feeling, and if you're lucky to have this company contact you to guide you hope that you will have Kimberly as your advisor. She not only lowered my bill and gave me hope that I will not be paying forever, but she gave me a enjoyable as well as memorable experience. I have and will continue to send everyone I know with loans her way knowing they'll be taken care of! Thank you Kimberly!
