I am so pleased to have Kimberly S as my loan adviser. She has given me more hope in one day then I've gotten from multiple companies in the past. My loans are in default and I had not a glimmer of hope. When the other companies saw my loans they told me good luck and that was the end. Kimberly has guided me and explained what I need to do in order to rectify this situation. She has offered to be my guiding star all the way. Although the journey will be a long one it is no longer hopeless. Thank you so much Kimberly, and I look forward to working with this company once my loans are in good shape!
