I have spent nearly 2 decades in IT with most as a contractor. I have been through numerous background checks and HireRight has been completely and absolutely without any merit or professional quality. They request items under the law they can't, they
loose or are incapable of communicating interoffice information among themselves. They are also unable to think with any intelligence above a rock. They apparently are unable to ask who replaced the contact from a company a perspective worked at years ago.
I will never, never, ever allow a recruiting company to represent me if they use HireRight as I believe every encounter raises the chance of inaccurate reporting causing a whole host of issues I am sure they can't resolve. They should be considered a toxic
dump of waste and refuse no one should be near. As far as improvements, speaking properly, sharing status with each other, updating the perspective often, concise handling of personal information, cognitive thinking, provide service as fast as they demand
from others, should I go on? Redeeming quality: someday they won't be in business anymore is all I can hope for!
