This company is a total joke. They don't do the background check, they just contact the applicant and request w-2's. After I filled out the information providing the phone numbers of the HR dept of my former employer they contacted me and requested a W-2. I contacted my former company to see if they had ever tried to reach out and request employment verification, and they never did. They just relied on me to do their work for them. Also, this company had done a background check on me 2 years prior for my previous company at which point they verified this very same employer and they were incapable of just referencing the last time I sent them verification for the company. RIDICULOUS. These guys are total amateur hour, if you are an HR dept looking for a good company to do background checks do not use Hire Right.
One last thing, all of their customer support reps are overseas and speak broken English and when you call in to work with them or get clarification, it's like talking to a wall or a door knob. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
