Worthless Waste of Time

After letting my Paychex rep convince me to use this service, I filled out the paperwork, finally got my sign on. I input all my employees but kept getting a pop up saying they needed to credential me. Finally got the credentialing info, tried to explain to them that no on actually answers the phone as we use our personal cell phones and I put my home address as contact.
They said since I was a home based business I would have to use their professional services which cost twice as much. Tried to explain that we rent a commercial kitchen but the idiots wouldn't listen just kept trying to get me to upgrade to professional.
If I could would rate them zero stars as wasted hours on this.
