I have a job offer pending this background report from a major hospital network. I completed my info and submitted it. They only wanted the past 5 years which was simple since I've been a stay at home mom for the past 7 and just worked at my church occasionally. The issue is after I completed it I was expecting an email to say it was completed or something saying I passed, I dunno just anything and I got nothing. So naturally I started googling hireright reviews which made me get even more nervous that maybe I failed over date discrepancies like others had posted. Two weeks had past and still nothing. So Monday morning I called Hireright to find out that my background was done 3 days after I initially submitted it, and there was nothing to verify or any discrepancies everything was clear, PHEW!. They told me that my company is the one to post me an access code online if I wanted to view it, that hireright could mail me a free report at no cost. So I said sure, even though I know that there was nothing really to view. Anyhow I just wanted to give someone else peace of mind reading this, since I was looking for it and only found horror stories. I should have called Hireright sooner!
