They told me my kitchen would be done in 7 days. It took over a month. The "reason" they gave was that one of the cabinet doors had been cut incorrectly and they had to wait for another one to be cut.
They did a pretty good job on the refacing, so in spite of the delays, I recommended them to a neighbor and to a good friend, both of whom did have kitchen remodeling done and one of them also did their bathroom. In BOTH cases, again the time went on from the promised 7-10 days to over 2 months this time. Again the "reason" in both cases was an incorrectly cut cabinet door. THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM. If you don't care about the time it takes to finish the work, they are fine.
Lastly, they told me that they would give me $200 for anyone I referred, but because I told my friend to fill out a card at the mall while we were there shopping, the company refused to give me the referral fee, claiming it proved I hadn't refer her, even though she told them that I had. I will never refer anyone else.
