Over the past two years my husband and I have run into a hardship situation with our family as many others have over the last few years. We informed our mortgage company of our hardship situation and they stated for us to call back in three months when we were delinquent on our payments. After doing such, they then updated their statement and said there was nothing they could do for us because we were delinquent, and inturn raised our monthly cost. After the heart ache this situation caused us, we were refereed to Home Relief Assistance from a very close family friend to contact for help to obtain modification to our home loan.
With the assistance from Home Relief Assistance we are still the proud owners of our home. We could not have done with out there professional support in the process. Each person in our dealing treated us as family members and knew exactly what we were going through at each step of our process.
Even though this company is for profit, it is worth every penny you could spend. There are a lot of companies out there that would not have gone as far as they did to support us in our time of need. I have informed all of my family and friends about them and hope that they will use Home Relief Assistance for support in this hard time we all face.
