We have been cheated out of our money with this company. After sending them money in February for the possibility of a modification with our mortgage company and being assured that we would most certainly qualify and if not we would get our money back, we were finally told in August by our mortgage company that a modification would have never been possible. So we were strung along for months by home savers express and now that we want our money back as promised, of course no one can reach these people...The owner's name is Craig Tomlin and if you Google him, you'll find that this apparently not the first mortgage company he has had...Have they all been scams? I don't know, but I think he is a terrible person to do this to good hard working folks that are desperate for help during these uncertain financial times. What kind of a person tells you "no, don't pay your mortgage, its better if you don't" and "trust me, it will all work out" then turns around and completely ignores you when you ask for him to hold up his end of the bargain and be the honest man that he claimed to be and give you your money back when the modification didn't work??? For those on here that say they are going to outside agencies, I want to tell you that I have and no one will do anything (or atleast they haven't yet) because they tell me that the company will not respond to my complaints..well, of course they won't the contact for the company is Craig! He's not going to reply because he doesn't care.
