My favorite place!! I've always struggled with motivating myself to go the gym until I found ILKB in Atlantic. Joining ILKB was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health, fitness goals and confidence! All body types and ages are welcome! The staff/instructors does an awesome job motivating and providing nutrition tips. They genuinely want to work with you to reach your individuals goals. The facility is very nice and clean and the music is awesome!! The workout is challenging yet oh so worth it!!!! I've only been a member for almost three months and already getting compliments about my weight loss. I love everything about this place and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!!
