Kick-butt and super fun workout!

I'm not a workout rat at all, but my first class was awesome! I loved the personalized attention from the coaches as well as their super-positive attitude. I was dead after the first class, but amazed at how much better I felt for the second. Already feeling my body a bit different after a couple of classes, and looking forward to going back for more!
