Strange turn of events
|
I have ordered 5 birthday invitations from this company. This is my first time that I have not heard from her since I approved the proof. I also have called her 2 times and now her voicemail box is full! Just makes me mad because this is my son's 5th birthday!
I finally heard from the company. She was going to rush them to me...and thought that was a great idea. But because I posted this, I am getting a refund. I am okay with this but was still disappointed as to not have them as early as I wanted them. I changed my Summary and Star rating because I finally did hear from her.
She did refund me the money...Thankfully. as of 3.6.2013
