DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR FROM THIS BUSINESS - THEY ARE RACIST!!

I have been buying hair from IAHH since 2007. In the past, the service was great, the hair was top quality. All that has changed since they moved, I bought hair in September. It matted and tangled before I could use it. I contacted Lucky 30 minutes after purchasing the hair and asked that it be replaced. She was rude, disrespectful and blamed me and my stylist for ruining the hair. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them over the years and this is how I was treated.
I sued them in small claims and won. Part of the settlement agreement was that I could return to this business to make purchases. (The owner claimed that it was all just a big misunderstanding and apologized sincerely and shook my hand on the settlement.)
I received the settlement check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I called the business to make an appointment to make a purchase. Vince said to me the following:
“ I do not want NIGGERS like you in my store in Riverside or Los Angeles. I was just being polite in court and I would not sell hair to you if you were the last person on earth.”
Indo Asian Human Hair, Inc. claims to do ½ million dollars annually in business. Their clientele is predominantly African American. They are located in the heart of Inglewood, CA, an African American community. They never respond to the complaints and are rated F. They seem to believe they are above reprimand and can conduct business in any manner they choose. Our system should not allow them to go unpunished simply because they are incorporated. The African American community should know of the discriminatory nature of this business so they can make a better choice as to where to spend their hard earned money.
