I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and attention I received from Ed Fisher! I was never handed off to an assistant or anyone else. Ed was there all the way through the process and never left hanging, Ed would always finish up the day with a phone call to let you know what was happening. I started my refi with Quicken Loans and $500 dollars later and 15 different contacts I realized how they finance all the advertising. So happy I bit the $500 bullet and found IHL and essentially recouped the $500 I donated to Quicken. Thanks Ed and IHL, see you when the rates drop again!
