We signed off the loan docs on May 15, 2009 and was told that it will fund and close within 2 -3 weeks
after we signed the LOAN papers. It is now June 29, 2009 and the loan is still not funded. The person
I dealt with (Mike M) when I applied and signed off the loan docs is no longer in the company and was
told by Jeremy who is now handling my account that they cannot fund the loan due to the
rate I signed (docs) was lower (4.625) than the current rate (which is 5.75). I gave this company
the highest rating after I signed the docs (see previous review dated May 15 and the way Mike Majidian
helped me in getting my loan, to the belief that the rate they gave is legit, but I was told by Jeremy Reynolds
who is so unprofessional by the way, that they don't know when they can fund the loan and definitely not
on the interest rate (4.625%) I signed for (keep note: loan documents I signed ...not application form )
I believe I spoke too soon when I said, this is the company where you can get your dream loan,
Well, I can say today that it is really a DREAM.... it is not REALITY...
THIS COMPANY IS REALLY A JOKE..
Loan has not funded after 1 1/2 MONTHS I signed the loan docs .
IGS (Jeremy Reynolds) is not honoring the rate on the documents I signed
