This company took $995 and gave me the run around for 4 months. They transferred my file from loan officer to loan officer and no one would return any of my calls. There were two managers whom I took up my complaint to: Scott Bormier and Matt Zervack. I expressed my frustrations and told them that I wanted a refund. Matt told me that I needed an attitude adjustment and hung up on me. Scott told me that there was nothing he could do. He told me that since I signed the Agreement, I was entitled to NO REFUND. He told me that he had nothing further to tell me and that was the end of the conversation.
This company and their employees were careless, rude and shaddy. They make false statements via email and on the phone and once they have your money they give you the run around.
