This company promised to modify my loan. I paid the initial fee of $995 and never heard from them away. I called and left messages but was unable to get a hold of anyone. The guy that worked on my case is Art Mack and he is a good liar. So 3 months later, I called my credit card company to report the scam. Out of the blue, I received a call from their customer service department. Surprise, suprise! They told me they are working on it! Sure they were. Infinity Group Services should be prosecuted for the outrageous and deceptive practices. They have no shame taking your money.
Avoid them at all cost. If enough people writes to the district attorney, we may have a lawsuit and put these criminals behind bars.
I give them a zero star. By default, I'm force to give them 1 star.
