This company is absolutely horrible. Their technical support is a joke. Their customer service is ridiculous. I had two thirty day old tickets that were left totally unresolved. Then I send them their "request for cancelation form" alone with Military ID and they claim they can't close my account because supposedly they never received my ID. This company is a scam. BEWARE!
