Unfortunately, I signed up with them recently without reading the innumerable negative reviews on the internet. I signed up for 512MB RAM, 80GB HDD and $37.95 monthly plan along with 2-hour activation. I was charged $41.21/mo, given 62.5GB HDD and 481.1MB RAM. When I received the server activation email after 4 hours, the server wasn't even up and running and I had to open a ticket for the same. It took a full day to process this ticket...but this is least of all issues.
For overcharging, I was given bizarre reasons including recession, local taxes and service charges. None of this was mentioned on their website or AUP. When I proceeded to cancel, they wanted all sorts of documents mailed to them for security reasons. It is interesting that no such requirement exists for provisioning the server though. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card issuer.
