I would have given this company a good rating from two past experiences, however, this most recent experience with them has fallen far short of Business ethics and proper operations regarding customer service. I placed an order on line on May 9 for some ink products. They billed my credit card and even sent an email acknowledgment showing confirmation of the order, and a second email showing invoice number and what was ordered. They promise shipment within 2 business days.
As of today, I still have not received my ink, and although I have sent them four emails asking for the products, and have tried calling them several times, leaving messages each and every time, I have not heard one word from them. As of this writing, I am going to have my credit card company take the necessary steps to get my money back, and I am going to request that this review be factored in as a bad rating for this company.
