My loan was approved, I would of give this a 5 stars but decided to give 3 stars for the following reasons.
(1) the appraiser company Intelliloan works with was horrible, they did not show up to my house 3 times to do appraising.
(2) the notary was also a no-show for closing, they only came when I made complain to the supervisor/manager about a no-show again.
(3) lack of communication from loan officer to the underwriter. Also we do is communicate via email, it would be easier if I can text or talk to their staff.
