This company rocks! From the moment I called to inquire about a refinance they were so helpful. My current mortgage company offered me a lower rate but with more fees. I called Intelliloan back and told them and they just needed some confirmation documents and they dropped the rate. Not only did they drop the rate, they gave me so many credits that I only had to pay about $240 when I closed. The notary came to my house for me to sign documents, I get to skip two payments (gives me extra money to pay other bills), AND I am actually getting $100 dollars back. If you need to refinance, Intelliloan is the way to go.
