I recently closed on my 3rd refinance for my primary residence here in Flagstaff, AZ. Yes I wasn't really looking forward to the whole dreaded process but being able to lock rate in @ 3.75 fixed I figured it was worth another try. I have gone through Wells Fargo originally and Quicken loans the last 3 times I have chosen to refinance. Having learned a thing or two about the process I decided to price shop and compare multiple lending houses. Quicken had the highest lending costs by far. I contacted several other outfits including Cardinal financial, Loan Depot, and Wells Fargo. NONE of these companies could even come close to the lower closing costs, and prepaid(s)offer by Intelliloan.
On top of that my Mortgage Specialist Chris Williams cwilliams@intelliloan.com was passionate about helping me out and getting me into a better mortgage. Chris did not bombard my phone and employers phone day and night as other outfits like quicken loans did. Chris would email me as and me to call him if needed and was very professional and caring throughout the entire process. He gave me his info where he could be reached anytime if needed. He was always prompt to respond when contacted. Chris got me an even better offer to make sure I wasn't swayed to another lender as he assured me my business what his top goal and priority as I was price shopping. The numbers quoted were almost exactly the closing numbers. Everything he said was true and accurate throughout the process. The online documents were easy to sign and review as well. He and his loan analyst Rudy Campos rcampos@intelliloan.com treated me as a person and not as just a loan number to get off their desk as I have found in my experience the general mortgage industry often does. We closed in a matter of 3-4 weeks once I contacted them. I found that a smaller, better rated, more efficient company like Intelliloan is a far better option over the bigger bloated mortgage brands.
At the end of the process I was very happy to have chosen Intelliloan also called Metropolitan Mortgage Inc. I would highly recommend Chris at Intelliloan to any of my friends, family members or personal clients for their home loan needs. Bottom Line I went from just over 26 years left on my note to 20 years. Reduced intrest rate from 4% to 3.75% kept payment the same and saved $100,000 over my prior loan. I would say 4th time is the charm if it weren't for the fact that I has everything to do with the loan originator.
