I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional work Lawrecne and his team from ISI provided us over the last several months. They were experienced, professional, and easy to work with. Initially, we were quite hesitant and anxious about bringing people into our business, but they put all our fears and anxiety to rest. They gave us an honest evaluation of our business and what was and wasn't working. I will say that they have not only met our expectations but exceeded them during the engagement. Like with any type of consulting, it is going to take a while to see if the changes we have implemented will bear fruit, but for the first time in a long while, I am positive about where we are heading.
