I have purchased a bag from this company's website italianluxeboutique.com. The bag that I received was fake. The company's return policy is ridiculous : if you want to return your purchase they charge you restocking fee and don't refund your shipping costs. Company keeps changing websites, no one answers their phone, the message there sends you to their website. Very slow with answering emails, arrogant and rude. Wasted time and money!!!! 100% agree with previous reviewer : stay away!
