You absolutely do not want to do business with this company. When you meet with them initially, the promise that they can help resolve your tax problems - and will provide loads of testimony. Once you give them your deposit, you will notice a complete change: they are not only non-responsive, they will begin to waiver on all of the promises made. You will call and call, and never get a response. In the meantime, the clock with IRS is ticking. Finally, they will tell you that they are unable to assist. By the way, they will not refund your money for one year!!! I complained to IRS about JK Harris, and was essentially told that if I hadn't had the tax debt, I wouldn't have have to go to such companies!!!
