I would like to say Jennifer Convertibles is the worst place I have ever dealt with in any form of business matters!!!!! They were quick to make a sale but did not follow through with any customer service. First of all, when I placed my order, the girl neglected to charge me the correct delivery fee so I was being told to pay an extra $62. I complained about the high delivery rate and asked how if I could pick up the merchandise after being told I would still be charged for delivery. I cancelled my order. It has been 2 months later and I am still waiting on my refund!!!!!!! I would never recommend Jennifer Convertibles to anyone!
