Customer Service? Chat Help? Any help?

While it may be problem free most of the time- good luck if you do have a problem. I have had the same problem for about a month and a half- Kareo sending bills to my payer- generating an "accepted" confirmation and then nothing- it never was received. I get a clearinghouse confirmation that it was accepted but no EOB's arrived. Upon calling Kareo and them investigating, I was assured it would work after I resubmitted the claims again. A month later, still the same. I allowed time for the claims to process at the payer but they were never received. Despite waiting on hold for 40 minutes for customer support and calling the clearinghouse (no help), I am paying for a service which performs inadequately. Online chat never works (why even have it as the first option?) and the return phone call back (so you don't wait on hold) RARELY works. I'm giving them one more shot but everyone should know about this since it's horrible customer service.
