If you are even considering buying a Kia, BEWARE! Do not finance your
car with Kia Finance, EVEN if the dealer tells you they are offering
the best interest. These people are the worst I have ever dealt with.
If you buy a Kia, get your own financing!! if you are not able to pay
cash. The payments are made to an outsourcing company, and if you
are in a zip code that uses Dallas, Texas, LOOK OUT! I mailed my last
check to them, and it did not clear for seventeen (17) days! and then
they wanted late fees. This happens just about every single month.
This has been going on ever since I purchased the car. I have a 2010 Soul,
and have been Very pleased with the car. It performs to my expectations,
and passes all of its "check ups" (that I do NOT do with their dealer,
I have my own trusted people do it), and it passes with flying colors.
I tried to re-finance, and NO ONE will refinance for what is owed on
it. That should tell you something. You have been fore-warned......
