Train bed fiasco

I ordered a $2388 train bed in July of '11, At that time I paid a $500 deposit. They said it would take two months to be built and delivered. It is now almost Christmas and I still haven't received the bed. They will not answer e-mails, phone calls or letters. Recently (Without my authorization) they charged my account $1788. I still have no bed. Worst company ever! I would give them O stars but that wasn't an option.
