Horrible experience. I would give ZERO stars if possible. The founder has been shown to be a fraud. When I inquired why the diet plans kept changing, I was banned from the website forum boards. Not for being rude or obscene, but for asking a legitimate question!
This diet is downright dangerous. I am now having several issues such as major hair loss, dry skin and thyroid disorder.
I strongly urge anyone considering it to think twice. There are plenty of healthy lowcarb plans such as South Beach or Atkins.
There is a lawsuit pending against Kimkins. If anyone has been scammed like me, please join, info can be found here.
