I have not received good service at all. I spent several weeks reviewing and making sure I was not throwing my money away. I was very upfront about my situation and what out come I was looking for. I was told in the "application" process that it looked like I would benefit greatly form working with the firm. I was given a time frame and so far NONE of it is has been true. The amount of money they needed has been true, but the rest has been a bill of goods. I am just now getting information that would have been great to know in the beginning - like caps and limitations - that if know up front I would not ever taken this direction. and the 100% guarantee is proving to be not true as well. They claim that the is an "associated company" and the don't have anything to do with that. They don't have problems taking the referral and then you find out the rest of the story. Getting a phone call returned is pointless, you do get some e-mails returned. They are usually very short and not very willing to help. I would not ever do this again.
