Great experience through the entire process with Chris Coble at Ladera Lending. Chris made our dificult loan seem smooth and easy. We had tried other companies and just about gave up. Always the same thing, sorry the rate is going to be higher or your income is just not enough too qaulify. They came up short every time. I had a lot of questions, since I kept getting the run around with all the other companies before finding Chris. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was not important, in fact it was the opposite. He always had time for me and the answer, and took the time to explain it to me more than once. I really appreciated that, since I am not in the loan business. I always felt like Chris had our best interest at heart. He is personable and very professional.
