Ladera And Patrick Creavy

Over the past two years I have now had two re-fi’s on a condo through Patrick Creavy at Ladera and most recently purchased a new home with their assistance. I won’t bother telling you the benefits I gained by Patrick’s expertise but quite simply he made it all possible.
By working with Patrick and Ladera on all three transactions, they knew my history and had access to all the necessary paperwork to run a loan through. As a result it was all very fast and simple. The new house has now closed and I am moved in. In fact moving was the hardest part of the entire process. Even my realtor enjoyed working with him.
