I was prompted to write this review due to the excellent service I received from Jeff wade and Ladera Lending. It is not often these days that you can say that. Jeff was a great communicator throughout the process. He was very patient with me over the course of the project and took his time to educated me along the way. Not only did I end up with a great rate and a great loan I now (maybe for the first time) feel I better understand the loan process. Thank You Jeff!
