Shawn Moore stood by his promise!

Shawn Moore and his team were amazing. We spoke about 8 months ago when I called him and we went over all of my options to refinance to get rid of my PMI and get out of my FHA loan. At that time we determined I didn't have quite enough equity and he promised he'd watch the market and sales in my area and call me when it looked like I had 20% equity. He stood by his word and called me letting me know a couple of homes in my area have sold and now is the time to refinance. I was amazed at his honestly 8 months ago and his follow up after. He saved me over $385 per month and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Shawn, I will definitely be referring you to my family and friends!
