I would like to thank Greg Krol and his team at Ladera Lending for the fine work they did for me. With rates at all time lows I wanted to refinance and take advantage of the low rates. I was able to refinance, lower my payment and cut 8 years off my mortgage by going into a 20 year mortgage! One of the best decisions I've ever made. Will definetly use this company in the future for all my mortgage needs.
