First time refi

I was initially skeptical when I was cold called by Ladera Lending, however after comparing refi estimates refi with those from my original lender I decided to give it a shot. My refi was handled by Brian Spinuzzi and he was very patient explaining the intricacies of the refinance process to me and was always ready to given me extra information when I requested it. He even provided me with his home number which was useful when I needed a last minute clarification during the document signing. I was very happy both with the loan and the process and I highly recommend Brian and Ladera Lending.
