My model wasn't listed, and the pictures posted were similar, but not exactly the same. I emailed the Model, Serial #s and snapshots of the broken key pieces. In 24 hours I had answers and in 3 more days, my perfect replacement keys arrived.
Since my cat did the damage, I decided to order a keyboard cover also. The material is great quality, and it fits so well, I will never go without a cover again.
