Product OK, Customer Service is Terrible

I ordered a replacement key for my laptop. The price for the key was reasonable, but they charged $3.50 for shipping and handling. They mailed the key to me in a plain, unpadded envelope with a $0.49 stamp. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect key and was berated by their customer service over my mistake. I will never do business with this company again.
