I bought a keyboard for my Dell Inspiron. It got shipped out right away. It installed perfectly, and worked well--except that the "Y" key had intermittent failures. Or, should I say, worked intermittently. I contacted Laptopkey.com through their web contact page.
Mary got back with me very quickly and had me run some experiments: install the old keyboard, then reinstall the new one to make sure that the problem was in the new keyboard and not either an installation error or something within the laptop.
When I confirmed the test results, she got a replacement into the mail. It came in about two days, and it is working perfectly! I heartily recommend this company!
